What did you do and explain how self-examination might have led you to a different outcome. こちらもMBA出願用エッセイには良く見る内容で、職業的困難をどのように切り抜けたか、という内容を述 べる課題です。ただこのエッセイ課題で重要な点は、might have led you to と実際に起きた内容ではなく、起こ ったかもしれない内容を記載することにあります。つまり、 ～のような失敗や困難があったが、今考えると（今改めて当時の自分を自己分析してみると）、～のような異 なった結果を残すことができたのではないかと考えられる、 と、過去の失敗を振り返ることで現在の成長について述べることが重要となります。こちらは前職などを活か すことで作成することが可能かと思います。比較的書きやすいエッセイ課題だと思います。 3.
